1. A comprehensive assessment of the foundation is made and a careful repair plan is reviewed with you.
2. A registered structural engineer designs the repair as required under the National Building Codes of Canada.
3. At a time convenient to you, we arrange to have the repair completed.
4. A hole is excavated at each required anchor location deep enough to place a bracket under the foundation.
5. The leading section of the anchor, with the proper number and size of helices, is installed by a rotary installing machine.
6. Extensions are added until the helices are at the proper depth and the predetermined torque is achieved.
7. At that point the bracket is added, the load is transferred to the anchor, and the building can be stabilized or lifted according to the plan of repair.
8. EBS completes the remainder of the repair as agreed upon.
9. EBS provides you an engineered sealed as-built drawing of the repair certifying our work.
